Function
Polyaluminium chloride (PAC), is a new kind of highly efficient inorganic polymer flocculant. It has a good effection in various fields:
1. Water treatment: Polyaluminum chloride is widely used in raw water treatment in water supply plants, and can effectively remove turbidity, color, organic matter and microorganisms in water.
2. Sewage treatment: Polyaluminum chloride can improve the treatment efficiency and water quality of sewage. It can also adjust the pH value of sewage and play a neutralizing and stabilizing role in sewage.
3. Industrial production: In the pulp and paper industry, polyaluminum chloride can be used as a flocculant to help remove impurities and particles in pulp and improve pulp quality; in petrochemical production, polyaluminum chloride can be used to treat petroleum refining wastewater. Treat and remove organic pollutants and heavy metal ions in wastewater.
4. Environmental protection: In solid waste treatment, polyaluminum chloride can reduce the toxicity and harm of heavy metals; in air pollution prevention and control, polyaluminum chloride can be used to purify pollutants in flue gas.
