Recently, after more than two months of sea transportation, the first container of Honduran white shrimps shipped to China arrived at Zhanjiang Port in Guangdong, and the second container was shipped to Tianjin New Port. This batch of white shrimps came from the Honduran shrimp company "Southern Shrimp".
China is one of the largest seafood consumers in the world, and Honduras currently farms shrimp on a scale of about 25,000 hectares.
